We just spent the weekend in St. Augustine at the Inn on Charlotte. This was our first time here but it won't be our last! Our room was lovely and the location couldn't be better. Our room had a balcony where we enjoyed watching the people pass by while sipping a glass of wine.Rod, Jerry and the staff made us feel so welcome and they couldn't have been any nicer. They take such pride in their bed and breakfast and it shows! My husband and I especially enjoyed the gourmet breakfast each morning. The food was delicious! There are many B & B's in St. Augustine to choose from but I am so glad we choose this one. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed and I look forward to returning to this charming B & B again soon! Mary and Richard

“Fantastic B & B”
Just returned from a wonderful stay at the Inn on Charlotte. The owners and staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was amazing!! The room was very clean and we got an excellent nights sleep on a very comfy bed. The location is excellent as it is walking distance to everything. We will definitely be staying at the Inn again the next time we are in town. Colleen and John

“New Years 2012”
Another great time at the Inn on Charoltte. Made new friends at the 5pm cocktail hour in the parlor and saw old friends to. Such an amazing staff and the owners, well I don't have enough words to tell you how sweet and gracious they are.
All in all, there is NO better place to stay in St. Augustine...No Place!
See you guys soon!
Room Tip: All the rooms are beautiful, but the carriage house is my favorite.

“Home Away From Home”
If you are looking for an amazing experience, we recommend the Inn on Charlotte. Rodney, Jerry and staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The Inn was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the guests were wonderful, as well. We will stay at the Inn on Charlotte from now on. If you are looking for a place to do a family reunion, this place would be ideal. Additionally, the Inn is located perfectly to get to most any destination in the city. We found our home away from home. Lee and Monique

What a great time we had recently on our trip to St. Augustine, made even more enjooyable by our stay at the Inn on Charlotte. The location was perfect (we walked to everything) and the hospitality was only exceeded by the gourmet breakfasts. The owners were very helpful and made sure our stay was a very good one. This will now be our B & B every time we visit.
