A lovely house, a short stroll to the beach with great views. On our two night stay, returning guests with pets stayed on the 1st floor and enjoyed such appropriate facilities, that they couldn't praise the establishment enough. The House was beautifully appointed with attractive furnishings and quality displays. Unfortunately, the principle host was away for our visit, so we were unable to meet her, though other guests extolled her virtues. Our room was full of character but could have been a tad brighter at night and the drop down blinds couldn't be operated. The bathroom was fairly basic but lacked a little attention to detail although cleanliness was not an issue. Minute floor insects were readily evident on the bathroom floor and we were remiss not to report that fact. Breakfasts were tasty but not substantial. Any shortfall in the breakfast, was more than made up with the views over the garden, beach and sea. The hosts were warm and friendly and overall it was a very pleasantly sociable establishment that helped make our first visit to St Augustine so memorable.

We had an absolute time, we came for my wifes best friends wedding and stayed for a week after that, it was a great time and flew by way too quickly, we had a ghostly experience while we were there, that was a very interesting experience

My husband and I had our wedding at this bed and breakfast. Patty and Rae made everything very memorable. The staff was very personable and friendly , the rooms were nice, and the location was great. We wanted everything to be very casual and laid back so this atmosphere was perfect!

When we arrived at the house Rae discussed the wedding ceremony breifly, showed us how the set up would be, asked if we had any requests, then, took care of everything from that moment on. It was a beautiful wedding. Rae also made all the arrangements for the dinner reception. There were about 20 guests. Everyone was happy and content....including the smaller children.

The photographer, Les, took incredible pictures. We had so much fun posing for the pictures that day but seeing the final product was even better.

The breakfast each morning was delicious. The sun room looking over the beach was so relaxing and the conversation with Patty and her staff was delightful.

What a wonderful experience everything was as if we were staying with family Patty and the staff were so accommodating and the food was outstanding. with beautiful sunrises and a breathtaking view combined for an absolutely memorable vacation.
