What can I say! I love this place the rooms are amazing. The service is awesome! Snacks and coffee are ready all through out the day. The breakfast is so filling. Unlike most b&bs (example: you know the big white b&b next to the harbor that "looks" great. Yeah you'll leave hungray and disappointed. Anyway back to Agustin inn its amazing. Just give it a chance.

We loved the inn. Staff is so friendly and accomodating. Great food and very unique breakfasts. It is probably the best location to downtown and walking distance to everything. Very clean and pleasant . Highly recommend

My wife and I spent a week in the Camelot room in mid-January 2012. Because of Agustin Inn's ideal location, we were able to enjoy the Ancient City without ever needing a car. What a great way to immerse ourselves in the St. Augustine historic district and leave the rest of the world behind! The room, while not overly large, was very clean and comfortable, with a king bed which was like sleeping on a cloud. The whirlpool tub was a relaxing treat and the water was nice and hot. Daily two-course breakfasts, delivered to us in our room, made us feel pampered. Best of all was the spacious private balcony facing out over Cuna St. After long days of shopping or sightseeing, it was great to relax on "our" balcony, on "our" wicker furniture and watch the hustle and bustle go by on the street below. Most days and nights there was plentiful music drifting our way from various buskers, as well as nearby pubs and taverns. This is not a quiet country getaway, but is alive with people out having fun. We absolutely loved it.

We went for only one night and have decided next time we would like to stay longer. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The only thing I would do differently is stay on the 2nd floor rather than the first, you can here the creaking when folks upstairs walk around at night. I'm not a big breakfast person but it looked delicious and my boyfriend enjoyed it! The location is great! Right by historic St. Augustine :)
