We checked in just after Labor Day in September of 2010 to Unit 63 which is a 3 level, 3 Bedroom and 3.5 bath unit. Prior to renting we spoke with the owner who assured us the unit would be clean and it was spotless.
The kitchen was spacious, very functional and very well equipped. Even if you're going to prepare and serve a large meal this kitchen will have everything you need. Each bedroom was comfortable and had it's own t.v. The master bedroom has a king sized bed which was very comfortable. Also the owners had just hooked up wi-fi for the unit and it worked perfectly.
There were numerous balconies within the unit which provided very good views of the lagoon however you really could not see the ocean. We didn't mind though as the beach was just a 5 minute walk away. The beach was very large and consisted of a very fine white sand. We found it to be one of the very best beaches we have been on. The unit also had a garage and inside we found just about everything you'd want to take to the beach including beach umbrellas and beach chairs.
The pool was about a 3 minute walk and like the entire Sea Winds complex, was spotless. There was also a pool house that had bathrooms and a shower out front to get sand off.
The owner was just an e-mail or a phone call away and would have done anything in reason to have corrected a problem but there were none. We had a great stay and I would highly recommend this unit.
