We checked in just after Labor Day in September of 2010 to Unit 63 which is a 3 level, 3 Bedroom and 3.5 bath unit. Prior to renting we spoke with the owner who assured us the unit would be clean and it was spotless.

The kitchen was spacious, very functional and very well equipped. Even if you're going to prepare and serve a large meal this kitchen will have everything you need. Each bedroom was comfortable and had it's own t.v. The master bedroom has a king sized bed which was very comfortable. Also the owners had just hooked up wi-fi for the unit and it worked perfectly.

There were numerous balconies within the unit which provided very good views of the lagoon however you really could not see the ocean. We didn't mind though as the beach was just a 5 minute walk away. The beach was very large and consisted of a very fine white sand. We found it to be one of the very best beaches we have been on. The unit also had a garage and inside we found just about everything you'd want to take to the beach including beach umbrellas and beach chairs.

The pool was about a 3 minute walk and like the entire Sea Winds complex, was spotless. There was also a pool house that had bathrooms and a shower out front to get sand off.

The owner was just an e-mail or a phone call away and would have done anything in reason to have corrected a problem but there were none. We had a great stay and I would highly recommend this unit.

I have been staying at SeaWinds at least once a year for the past 15-20 years. I'll give several things about SeaWinds you should be aware of. There are actually several management Properties that manage the indivdual condos. We use Premier Properties and they seem about the most reasonable. The condos are each different. We always stay on the first floor in two bed/two bath condos and I have stayed in several. They are all furnished different and have different levels of updates. The best one I have stayed in recently is probably #78. I would suggest you ask for that first. THe condos are always clean when we get there. Service is OK. The management property is office and then you have to go to the condo office to get your parking pass. Location is beachside and probably 5-6 miles from St. Augustine. The beach at the condo is not very busy. The beds are so so depending on the condo. Grounds are always clean. They have tennis courts, pool, and hot tub. The min. stay is 3 nights and they charge a cleaning fee. We have checked out several condos in St. Augustine, but we always return to SeaWinds.

My dad, my brother and my grandparents all went to St. Augustine this last spring break for a nice vacation. We stayed at Sea Winds, which is on A1A Beach Blvd. right next to the beach. The condos there are wonderful! It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The beach was only a few minutes from our particular condo, but with some you can get a beach view. =D It is a little pricey but well worth it. The resort is private with gates and very peaceful and quiet. It was extraordinary! I would visit tere many more times, if I am given the chance.
