This hotel gives you value for your money. It was very inexpensive, very dirty, dilapidated, and in dire need of renovations and a thorough cleaning. The bedding was torn and stained, and the bathrooms were dingy and poorly lit. The staff, however, were very helpful.
The complementary breakfast was a diabetic's nightmare. There was white bread, white english muffins, juice, two high glycemic cereals, coffee, tea, jam, and sweetened instant oatmeal available. Skip this if you value your health.
The hotel is located in a blase industrial area that did not appear to be safe.

• Staff members received our commendation for the courteous, helpful way in which they treated you, our valued guest.
• Breakfast staff received additional training in presenting a proper breakfast.
• Housekeeping received additional training in the level of cleanliness required of them as our employees.
