A nice experience - we stayed here twice on our way to and from Orlando - five days apart. Our clean room had a marvelous walk-in shower. A standard Holiday Inn breakfast was served.

My daughter and I stayed here while traveling home on our way back from her college orientation in Pensacola. I had booked the room at what I consider a decent rate in advance.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well stocked and adequate. We felt safe while staying here.

If you are a light sleeper, request a room far from the elevator. The elevator makes an annoying honking noise when the doors open, instead of the usual bell sound. We put the fan on constant ON instead of AUTO, which provided enough white noise to block this out during the night/early morning hours.

After being unhappy about the rate I paid during a previous stay (on one of those increase the weekend rate because we are close to FSU and everyone in the area is booked solid), Jessica has kept my allegiance by first - remembering me by name and second, giving me a decent rate on my return visit. Well done.

We were on a roadtrip and chose this HIE based on Tripadvisor reviews. The property did not dissapoint.

Yes, it is somewhat remote. There's not many restaurants and no 'chain' sit-down restaurants in the area. That's about the only downside we could find.

The staff was friendly, the hotel new and clean. Our room was comfy and quiet. That's just what we need on a long road trip.

We knew ahead of time (thank you tripadvisor!) that this location was remote - so we ordered Domino's delivery from the hotel's WiFi. Our pizza arrived in 25 minutes and all was good. :-) (BTW, Domino's new recipe is much improved!)

Breakfast in the AM was well maintained and stocked. The attendent was very friendly and welcoming.

Although this was an off-the-shelf HIE - it was one of the better ones that we have stayed. Our compliments to the staff.
