Had reservation for business purposes. Called hotel desk and cancelled prior to 6pm day of arrival due to change of plans, which happens often in business. Desk clerk said nothing about a no show charge but when I got my credit card bill, I had been billed $122.64. Hotel would not reverse charge and Priority Club would not resolve to my satisfaction, i.e., they left me stuck with bill. First Holiday Inn I have ever reserved at that had a 24 hour cancellation policy. I have been a Platimum Member for over 10 years and stay in Holiday Inns 50-60 nights a year. Last year alone I spent over $7000 at Holiday Inn traveling for work. This is the way they treat their "valued members" for $122.64. What a stupid business decision. There are many other options out there. Here I come Marriott and Hilton!
