I booked a room and came 24 hours to finally relax and come in to a very rude GM, his tone alone was horrible, I check in, I get in the room (228) the the mattress cover, sheets and the blankets has burnt holes in it even the mattress has holes, the mattress was pressed against the ac, I know it's a smoking room but it smelled like mildo. It had to be a king room they decided to make a double room, one bed had a fltted sheet they made as a fitted. The toilet was filth, and gives 2 cups for 5 people, I then go down stairs and ask if I could have a different room, and the manager then says he don't really have any other rooms, and the front desk tells me she will show me a non smoking room since mine was a smoking, I don't smoke my husband does, I then told her I'll take the non cause we will barely be in the hotel I rather sleep in. Better room, then she tells me to get my belongings and move them to the room then come down to change the key...my husband starts bringing his belongings and there is. Roach smached on the wall, As I'm walking to the room the GM came upstairs ans is walking back complaining about me to the front desk, and telling his employee he better not see any trace of cigarettes in the room and why is she showing me A non smoking room, and that if I don't like it I can go else where, I then went down to get the key and explained he won't find any traces of ciggettes and I don't think that he shouldnt talk about me that. I wouldn't do that, I am a customer like everyone else and that he should take his employee in private to talk not next to the guest. And he said if I am not satisfied with the hotel for me to go else where he will refund my money, I said no I want to stay just didn't like the room, he said no I will refund and you leave. I would never stay there, and i am sad that I wasn't able to stay.
