My kids got there first. Thank God they remembered to check the beds, they were loaded with bugs! So they gave them another room, same thing! Then they call me and tell me they weren't bed bugs, well my kids put some in a empty water bottle and brought them to an exterminator and sure enough, bed bugs!!!!!! I cant believe they would let this gold mine fall apart! I wouldn't bring my dog in there!

Stayed at this dump for 4 nights and can not recall worse experience ever... The place is completely run down and dirty. The owner doesn't give a damn about the appearance of this hotel. The only way to fix this joke of a hotel is to tear it down and rebuil anew. Rooms are dirty. Hallways are dirty and lack any maintanance. There is no sound proof of the rooms. You can hear what is going on in the room next to the one that you are staying in just as if it was in your own room. The overall place looks and feels like it has been kept without any cleaning for decades. Towels and linen used to be white maybe 15 years ago, as all of it looks gray from so much use and "some" laundry. There is no value to this place. Save your sanity and avoid it like a plague. Beach chairs are falling apart from old age and abuse. Paint is peeling off of every wall. No consideration for guests when they have to repair something and make terrible noise in the morning. I stayed for 4 nights and had to run to the fron desk twice to get my room keys reprogrammed, as the whole system goes out of whack every other day and you just can't get in to your own room. Terrible!!! Terrible!!! Terrible!!! Worse Hotel on the planet!!!

Expensive for what it is - old, run-down and very shabby. Hall carpets filthy and a real turn-off. Hotel hasn't seen a paint-brush in a generation. Furniture and fittings done and chipped, with plastic curtains that don't even open.

Main thing is the noise - the outdoor bar goes late into the night, there's a loud band all Sunday afternoon and then renovation work Mon-Fri, so no chance to have a small nap when you want one.

Only thing in its favour is its location, which is fantastic. The place needs to be blown up and rebuilt.

I travel a lot, all throughout south florida for business and offcourse while at it, i make the best out of each trip by taking some time off and enjoying the place im in. I was hesitant about staying here because i usually stay in sheraton or hilton and never heard about this hotel. Im happy to tell everyone that it was a good move. Im 100% satisfied. I stayed for two amazing nights here. Staff is well knowledged and extremely friendly, rooms were spotless, VIEW from the room was just PERFECT!!! I would higly recommend this hotel to everyone. Enjoy it while you can. If you are in the pompano beach area, dont bother looking elsewhere. This is THE place to be.
