We only came here as we were travelling to MX from Ft Lauderdale. Great price. Small hotel that isn't noisy and no one bothers you.. A bit far from *everything*, but Dania Beach is a pretty short drive..

We needed a hotel for one night after our Celebrity Eclipse cruise. Since we had an Alamo rental car there was no need for an air or cruise port shuttle.

PROS: Won this hotel via Priceline and paid $79 LESS than booking directly with Marriott. Great LG high def flat screen. Mini fridge. Two FREE internet connected computers and one airline check in computer, along with complimentary printing in business library. Available restaurant for breakfast, and Market 24/7 drinks and snacks. Effective AC brought room down to 65 quickly. Less than one mile to Interstate 595, with quick access to Port Everglades, Ft. Lauderdale and Miami.

CONS: King mattress was quite soft and a bit saggy. Hotel a bit difficult to find, located behind shopping center, can not see from main road (University Drive). Computer monitors in business center were not private. Sliding glass door to balcony was not properly locked (very easily corrected).

Overall we were very happy with the hotel. Front desk was friendly and helpful, we had some difficulty with internet connection in our room eventually we did get it working, The room was average 32" flat screen tv was nice. If I had a complaint about the room, it would be the screen door not attached to the track, but it didn't matter us. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was small had some leaves in it, but still would've like to had time to swim in it. hot tub was small but it was fine. We didn't spend alot of time at the hotel or in the room, we more concerned cleaniness and bugs. It met our expectation

I felt like I was staying at a hotel from the early 90's. The TV was small and a tube. No wireless internet and they wanted me to pay for my breakfast buffett as a Platium Elite member.. It is the exactly same breakfest as Residence Inns, give me a break.

A/C unit was noisy. The rugs were stains and the ceiling has the old stucco texture on it.
