This hotel is located in a good area for shopping and convenience. The rooms are the usual, nothing flashy. We were assigned a handicapped room on the first floor...not sure why as the hotel did not appear to be overly crowded. The first night, we were startled by someone opening the door to our room. It was latched so they could not get in and when my companion went to the door, there stood a very confused looking front desk person. She mumbled something and then just walked away. Very odd. When we went to use the exercise equipment, the treadmill was not working right and the belt on the exercise workout machine had slipped off, making it not usable. On the second morning breakfast, they ran out of waffle mix. ANd when the coffee ran out, by golly, that was IT. didn't matter if there were still people sitting in the breakfast area who wanted more. It just felt like this hotel was cutting corners on some things and it was noticeable. Overall, the stay was okay and since we just needed a place to sleep, this worked.
