This hotel gives the Hyatt brand a bad name. It seems that there is maybe two or three employees to the entire hotel, it's the most unusual set up of multitasking we have ever seen. The front desk clerk was taking and MAKING food orders (which you need to pick up yourself, there is no one to deliver it). There was an untrained Barista in no type of uniform at the "Starbucks" they have inside the hotel. I asked for an iced latte, they told me they do not serve iced drinks because they have no blender.... nor do they have ice behind the counter? Why advertise a full Starbucks if all you can offer me is a regular cup of coffee? I also ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and they forgot to put on the bleu cheese which was a bit aggravating. Everything about this hotel struck my fiance and myself as unusual and just flat out WEIRD. The bathrooms are so tiny you can barely close the door to sit on the toilet, one of the two phones in the room did not work, there was a dead outlet by the desk therefore my laptop had to sit on the sink counter!!! The staff was nice and polite, we had no qualms with the employees, it was just the overall experience that we were unhappy with. Overall we'd say look elsewhere... for $104 a night you deserve a lot better than this hotel has to offer.
