The hotel was easy to get to. Both the hotel and the grounds were clean and well maintained.
We found all the staff, very courteous, friendly and helpful especially the front desk staff, particularly Amy and Sharissa. The room was clean and in good condition and well equipped. The complimentary continental breakfast was adequate. My only complaint would be of the hotel, would be that the A/C in our room was too loud.

I was in Ft Lauderdale for business. This was a great hotel well within my expense account budget. My room was very comfortable and a continental breakfast was provided. I would stay here again.

Centrally located for the Sunrise / Plantation / Weston visitor. Near shopping center and major banks.

Excellent rooms with refrigerator, large LCD TV with inputs for various media, desk, living room with sofa bed and bedroom with king size bed.

Only wish it included in room safety deposit boxes to call it perfect.

Ample free parking, swimming pool, and fitness room. Meeting rooms are available.

Snacks available 24 hours. Free breakfast with rather good quality juice, fruits, baked products, cold cereal, and good coffee. Other breakfast items available for purchase.

Friendly staff always willing to serve.

If you are used to Hyatt regency, don't expect this to be close to what you get at the Hyatt regency.

pros:
- close to shopping malls: broward, sawgrass
- lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood
- breakfast included: bread, bagels, jam, cereal, fruit, coffee and tea.

cons:
- I stayed for 7 days and during the whole time I was there, the room was not vacuumed once. They did clean the garbage and make the beds and the bathroom.
- The first night I was there, I needed shampoo and did not have any with me. I went down and asked at the reception desk and the response I got was "we are all out". I have never heard this excuse for a hotel!
