"Currently under construction" is putting it mildly. We left before even sleeping there for one night. The place is filthy. We were sent to an already occupied room. All but one of our lightbulbs burnt out, and they refused to replace them--they demanded that we move to another room, instead of taking the lightbulbs from the other room and putting them into ours. The pool area is overgrown. The pictures are not close to how it looks. They only have one person working there at a time, and that person can't make any decisions or contact anyone that can. Run in the other direction.

Thank you for taking the time to give us a review, it is greatly appreciated. Upon receipt of your review, the following actions were taken:
1) Maintenance staff was notified of your report of roaches in the room assigned to you and instructed to get rid of them. They were also notified of your report of the condition of the pool and instructed to see to it that it is properly cleaned.
2) Security staff was notified of your report of thugs and received additional training concerning their responsibility towards the safety of our valued guests.
3) Housekeeping staff received additional training concerning the level of cleanliness required of them as our employees.
4) Management staff received additional training concerning the courteous manner in which they are to treat our valued guests.
I hope that the next time you visit our area, you will once again choose to stay at Budget Inn Pinellas Park. I think you will be greatly pleased.
