A friend and I stayed one night at this location for a conference, and I had researched ahead of time for a place that had good ratings for cleanliness. Not only was our room clean, but the staff was extremely helpful and polite, and they even matched prices. I was really pleased with the location, as it was in a safe area. Also, I liked that there was a refrigerator, and dishes and silverware in the room. Over all, a very satisfactory stay.

I felt like I was in a 3rd world country. Blah!

Booked this hotel through priceline.com. We paid very little, and we got what we paid for. Trim was falling off. Our ground floor windows would not lock. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. There was a $5 fee for internet service. The room did not have shampoo or a hairdryer, which we had to go to the front desk and ask for. No matter what time of day we took a shower, we could not get hot water. We were awaken the first morning of our stay by someone scraping/banging on our windows. The hotel had scheduled window maintenance for 9 am. While the accomodations were not the best, I will say the front desk was very nice and helpful. Also, the hotel was in a pretty convenient location. 30 min from Pensacola Beach, but close to restaurants and shopping. Fazzoli's is next door. Overall, not horrible, but we probably wouldn't stay again.

Had reservations here for a week - when I arrived my room was not ready as someone had elected to stay over. Extended Stay put me up in the LaQuinta for one night free of charge. When I did check in I was on the third floor and had to use the stairs as they would not let me bring my dog through the lobby to use the elevator (my dog was a Sheltie and had arthritis in all four legs).
The room was ok, but was never cleaned and the trash was never taken out the whole time I stayed there. Internet service was not good either. Staff was definitely not friendly or helpful.
Will never stay here again.
