We had to try three different non smoking rooms to get one without a strong smoke smell/butts in the windowsill. Our kitchen lacked coffee cups and utensils which were never provided even after informing the front desk. Linens were worn. Other than two small bars of low quality soap there were no toiletries provided. Carpets were stained and pillow very flat from years of wear. No one at the desk 11pm to morning is a security risk. Room fixtures are worn and rusted.
Positives - friendly front desk staff and easy access to major roads.

We were greeted by a very nice and friendly front desk person. The entry lobby was modern and bright. That was about the extent of the good part of our stay. That is where it ended. The first indication that it wasn't a smart choice was when we stepped into the elevator. It was VERY dirty. Then we proceeded to our room, where there was construction (which was NOT mentioned) on the entire floor. The construction crew had not bothered to vacuum the carpet after removing the baseboards to prepare it for painting.

Walking into the room, I noticed that the room was not cleaned to a high standard. It never got any better. Found out that there wasn't free wi-fi, no housekeeping, thin blankets, one shampoo, no hangers, no luggage rack and the carpet was dirty and overall the room just felt dirty.

Notifying your customers that your floor was under construction would have been appreciated. We would have probably asked for another room or chosen another hotel. Waking up to people painting right outside your room, was a little unnerving. All in all, not the best choice. We will pass in the future. Live and learn.

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the staff was very friendly. The reception area was dirty, the room was dirty; well, really the whole place was a mess. No wi-fi, unless you want to pay a weekly fee. No housekeeping. No amenities whatsoever. The linens were clean, but the coffeemaker didn't work. A real dump.

We booked this hotel primarily because it was pet friendly, and secondly, because the pictures featured on the website seemed to depict it as clean and cozy. Boy, did we get the suprise of our trip. It was the end to a family vacation in Disney in Orlando, and we were on our way back to Texas. We wanted to take the kids to the Navy Academy to see the Blue Angels, so we booked this hotel for our return trip home. The front desk area seemed clean and modern, but when we went upstairs, I wanted to cry. I didn't want the kids to panic, so I tried to maintain a positive smile on my face. As we got out of the elevator, the carpet was soiled and smelly. When we entered our rooms, it wasn't much better. Immediately upon entering the room, I noticed that the mattresses were soiled and torn. The beds were made, but half-way. We all had to wear our shoes when we walked around in the room, and instead of night clothes, we wore our clothes for the next day. My husband and kids went off to see the Blue Angels and I stayed back to try to clean as best as I could. I woke up around 0400 hrs., and went down stairs to walk our dog. To my dismay, the don't even have a desk clerk after 11:00 p.m.. While that may not seem like much, anyone with a key, can deal dope or conduct prostitution right in entry way with no one to see the coming and going. I'm sorry, but that's just crazy.
