I stayed here in July while covering a schedule for a co-worker. I found this location on the GPS, and was pleasantly surprised at the rate quoted over the phone. Upon arrival, everything looked ok. The young man at the desk was really nice. I became concerned when he informed me that there was no breakfast, and another man came to the counter to pay his "rent". I realized the whole situation upon opening the door to the room. The smell was musty, and the room was dusty, with stains on the walls. Since I had already parked my rig and couldn't move for at least 10 hours. I decided to grin and bear it. Needless to say, was exactly 10 hours and I got out of there. Will never stay there again.

We stayed one night in Room Nr. 604, which was not very clean - linen and pillows had stains, dust in the corners - and the worst of all: bed bugs attacked me so that I hardly could find a sleep the following three nights because of all the itching and even pains. Maybe the stains in the linen and pillows ( first I thought, they had washed them with a bad or with no soap) were caused by these bedbugs, I don't know, because in Germany these animals are very rare...

The amenities of the hotel were not too bad, but because of the bed bugs, you should leastwise avoid the rearward wing (where room 604 was situated). There is no complimentary breakfast!

When I reserved my room online, it stated 2 Queen beds. Once I get there its 2 full beds, and when I called the front desk I was told they don't have Queen beds. The room was not clean, I went to the store and bought disinfectant wipes and air freshner as the room was smelly. My son was looking out the window and there were people hangin around their vehicle talking and a woman dropped her pants. And a short time later we opened the door and the smell of Marijuana was so strong. And a man was banging on a door below us hollering open this MF'ing door. At this point I went to the lobby and informed them and the security guy proceeded to tell us (with an attitude) that he just came from there and didn't smell anything. He followed us back out and went where all this was going on and was laughing and talking to them. We informed them we would not be staying the next night as planned.. Another couple was with us and they had dog crap in their room!!

Myself and five other people were in Pensacola for a conference. I saw some of the bad reviews online, but I have always wanted to give places the benefit of the doubt. I should not have bothered. When we got there at 3:00 we were told our two rooms were not ready. They let me go ahead and check in, but it took the front desk clerk 20 minutes just to do that. We had to hurry and eat before the conference started. We came back at 8 p.m. and checked in. We walked into one room, and the toilet wouldn't work and the other one was dirty. I went to the front desk and told them the problems. I was told there was nothing wrong with the rooms because they had just been inspected. I insisted that we change rooms. They moved us to two rooms upstairs. We had left to get dinner, and my friends in the other room tried to get in their room and the doorknob had fallen off. We told the front desk and it took until 11:30 p.m. for them to get somebody to open the door so they could get in. And then they still wanted them to stay in the room!! They didn't fix it, just opened it. I made them move them to another room. The place was not very clean. The outdoors were not clean. I was there for two miserable nights. It took me 45 minutes to check out. While I was at the desk, a couple came in and complained that they had had no heat and no hot water the night before. It was 25 degrees that night. So, please, if you are thinking of giving this a try, don't.
