I stay at this hotel often and the staff is wonderful and the hotel is clean. There is a new manager and I have seen changes already to improve the hotel.

We've stayed at the Travelodge in Pensacola 6 times now, since August 2011. Our first stay or two was before the new manager took over, but the new manager here is quite friendly and has made a true effort in improving service and quality of stay since he's begun. Room service is provided every morning, and the staff is always eager to help if you have questions or need help with something. With complete honesty we can say you won't see the luxurious comforters or silky towels of a 5 star hotel here, but you won't pay near the price for those either. We have always been comfortable during our stays here and have had little to no complaints about the facilities offered. All the rooms come with everything you could ask for for a weekend stay or even longer, and thanks to that and the cost it is our first pick when we plan our weekend getaways.

This place was very roomy, had friendly helpful service, and was pet friendly. Worked great for us!

We reserved a non-smoking room and the whole place smells like stale cigarette smoke. DISGUSTING!!!! My throat hurts after only 30 minutes in this hellhole. We paid for a nonsmoking room!! Gross!
