The building itself was very nice. Parking was plentiful, even though it wasn't covered. The parking lot and building entrances had a punch code system that is harder to use than it should be. Each apartment runs from the beach view to an open hallway that has views of the bay. Two families can occupy a two-bedroom apartment, but the ocean-front master bedroom has a balcony that is also accessible to the living room. This means that the parties in that bedroom cannot leave the drapes open while they are dressing or sleeping. The kitcken and living rooms are spacious. Supplies were scare in our condo. The master bathroom had two bath towels supplied and no blankets and the second bedroom had three towels. The wash clothes were discolored and stiff. Suggest you bring all toilet paper, soap, etc, because there was none there. When we wanted to sweep the floor, there was no dustpan or any cleaning supplies. The floor was not cleaned around the toilet and there were hairs on the towels. The washer dryer worked fine, but the closet louvered doors were broken. The bathtub was shorter than average. You could not straighten your legs even when sitting upright.
On the plus side, the beach and swiming pool were kept clean and well cared for. No litter found on the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas are outrageously expensive. Every room had a woring television set, and all the kitchen appliance were in working order.
