Great dollar value. Everything was as adverised. No disapointments or surprises. Beaches were in terrific condition.

The trip to Pensacola was great, Staying at Alis place was wonderful,the place was Clean, and very comfortable, Ali was great, she made sure that our visit was pleasant, Our View was wonderful of the beach. I would recommend that if you have children, this would be the place to stay, We had 4 little girls and 4 ladies that stayed here and it worked out Great, and The Prices was Unbelieveable. It was affordable. and you have a swimming pool also. thank you Ali for Making our trip so pleasant.

This property was misadvertised to us and unsuitable for a vacation property. Upon arrival we discovered this is a run down dirty unsafe trailer park with rusty beat up cars in the gravel drive ways, dirty un-maintained trailers and sketchy people walking around. We did NOT feel safe staying in this unit. We called the owner/manager (Ali) to try and work something out for a partial refund. She did nothing but yell at us and tell us she is a "lawyer", so try and take her to court.... Later on in the day she offered to set us up on the Other side of the trailer park in there "better unit", but we were already half way back to St. Louis where we are from upon directly turning around to get home and cut our losses of rent, gas and food because of the unsafe ness of this unit and community. I Highly recommend you look elsewhere for your vacation. This is Not where you want to be staying.

We stayed in the one that had a huge deck and it was very nice! The accomodations were very comfy and cozy. The kids loved the movies that they had… we even had a scary movie night! The trailer was in a great location, close to lots of things including the beach. We loved going to the pool which was about two blocks away. Overall, we had a great experience!
