Hotel&Resort facility
we usually stay at this hotel the first night/s when we arrive in Miami. there's not alot to complain about. rooms are ok, though some renovation would get them a better rating.
They smell a little old (non smoking room) and carpets were a little dirty to. Some painting would also help to give them a better look.
Overall, the hotel facility is well maintained and the restaurant was recently renewed in 2011. Too bad they didn't hire a new waitress. The breakfast waitress seems to belong to the inventory. She was not willing to serve all her guests in the same manner.
Pool was actually closed during our stays in January and I couldn't find any Spa facilities, but I need to admit that I wasn't really looking for them.
Golf facilities
There's a nice pro shop where you can buy almost everything you might need for a round of golf. I got their rental clubs which where great (Taylor Made Burner) and not even to expensive (guess I payed about 25$) compared with rental clubs I got in the Naples area.
The 3 golf courses (each 9 holes) are all very well maintained and not too difficult to play, though they have some challanging holes! With the "oncart" GPS scoring system, you are always aware about distance to pin or next cart.
Overall, this is a nice, affordable Golf Resort pretty close to Miami Airport (about 30 minute drive) which I recommend to people who don't want to spend a fortune for their stay.
