I was fortunate to "book it" through a website that waived the cleaning fees, so I ended up paying an inexpensive nightly rate. Even with the $40 damage fee paid upon arrival, I'd still say I got a great deal. Out of season, the hotel was empty. Plenty of parking in the 3-story garage, nobody in the 4th floor pool, hot tub, or fitness room when we went in. I had a great experience, and it was a step up from hotels I have stayed in that charge the same rate. I imagine that all Panama City hotel reviews go down during season, but I will never be there then!

Nice place, condos, some owners live here and others vacation and rent out rest of year. I'm not familiar with Panama City Beach but it appears to me that this is one of the nicer places on the beach.

Loved my stay,the staff and guests were all fun and for the most part laid back. Definitely will be stayin there again!

My husband and I go to PCB every year in April for his birthday celebration. We stayed at Origins this year in April and it is by far the nicest place we have stayed in over the last 5 years. The view from our room was outstanding, the decor was comfy cozy and the place was oh so clean. I would stay there again with no problem. I actually wanted to stay there next year but the accommodations we wanted which we had in April was already booked! Also, we arrived extra early and were able to check in right away. Great customer service!
