Based on reviews we stayed here Dec 28 ~ 30th. We had a room on the 7th floor on the end. It was clean and bathroom was large. Right on the beach with beautiful view of the sunset. This was a great value and will definitely stay on our next visit.

The palmetto reminds me of a time long gone in Panama City. Old School yet charming and clean. We stayed inside the indoor pool area, we could walk out our door and jump in pool. Not to mention can't beat 55.00 a night with a stick ;)

Our condo was rented and we stay in Palmetto because it is close to Tidewater. It was very bad. Even my kids told me that they do not want to stay there again. Mattresses had thick plastic covers that make sound. Sheets cannot fit it and slide in the middle. I could not sleep.

We have stayed here the past two summers that we have visited Panama City Beach. We like it alot because it's on a quieter side of the strip. You don't really have to worry about any crazy partying going on, which is nice.

Also, the rooms are nice and clean, the beds are super comfy, and the rooms have a nice view of the beach. We will definitely stay again.
