we stayed in 902, three bedroom three bath,, beautiful is all I can say, it was everything and more. although...the elevators never worked right and the parking wasnt great.. we will stay there again. we went to other places on the strip just to compare, there wasn't any condo's as big and just felt like home like no other. If we get to go back we will stay there, we loved it, but like I said, they need to work on the elevators.

My wife and myself and two other couples, one with a toddler, stayed in a 4 br/4ba unit in Sept/Oct 2009. Visiting in the off-season, we rec'd a great price, just less than $1,000 total (that includes taxes, cleaning, parking, everything) and had no problems. The parking garage is small and tight and the pool and hot tub are not very large, but only about 15 units (out of 63) were occupied. We normally had the pool and hot tub completely to ourselves and always parked outside versus the very tight under-the-building garage. During very busy times, parking is probably a nightmare and the pool packed. The pool area and it's nearby bathrooms were very well maintained. There is a steam room and a separate sauna, but I never saw anyone use them. The unit we rented (1803), through VRBO.com, was OK, but certainly nothing special. It was very roomy with a very big balcony. However, the furniture was cheap, getting shabby, and sparse (no bed-tables and limited seating in the common living space). The closet in one of the bedrooms was locked (must have contained the owner's personal items) and in another, the closet door was totally blocked by a chest-of-drawers. Also, the light fixtures and kitchen utensils were very cheap and the bath towels literally the thinest and scratchiest I've ever experienced. My guess is that other units, with different owners, are probably equiped much better. Over-all, we were very satisfied with the building and its common areas, but much less so with the unit we chose.

we stayed at the ocean ritz in 2 condos on two different floors both of the condos were very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. they had washer and dryer units so i didn't use all the clothes i brought. the view of the ocean was something i will remember the rest of my life. it was really great how you look out the back of the condo and see the ocean and then walk out the front door and see all the places you can shop even walmart was within walking distance. i recommend this place to anyone the only bad problem was the parking

I read this trip advisor before I rented and I asked Wayne and Mary (the owners)about my concerns...Parking for extra vehicles, elevators,and chair rentals...they assured me all would be ok, When we arrived our parking was very convenient and the parking for extras was not in a bad area(like I had read)it is well lit and not a shady area at all. The elevators were very convenient no problem! Chair rentals are a must..I am so glad I called ahead to reserve these..one was free with our condo but we wanted more...so call aquatic adventures for the rental...they would sell out each day and you really need the shade! I highly recommend Wayne and Mary Walker's unit , they are so helpful and honest .
