I just got back from staying at Twin Palms and absolutely loved it. The condo I stayed at was very relaxing and clean, I have stayed there before but the addition of free wifi to the condo was great. The site I used, [-] shows a lot of pictures of the place. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

I rented the one bedroom condo, which was supposed to have bunks in it for extra people. Well I got there with my friend, and she ended up sleeping on the sofa, which was pull out, but she slept on the sofa part. Reason was that the "extra bunk" was a pullout cot in a closet. VERY TACKY AND DIRTY. The carpet was DIRTY and looked like it had never been cleaned. We ended up rolling up the throw rug because it was so nasty and we didn't wanna walk on it. The master bedroom and bath as well as the extra bath ( which was nice) were clean and nice. However, the decorations which were not a decided theme (flowers, lighthouses, Italian) - I mean it was a mishmash of themes gone wrong. Also there was a DEAD plant on the bar. I mean it was pitiful. I watered it but even that did not help. I can't believe someone would leave a plant out dead like that. The patio was HUGE and nice to sit out at , but be careful you don't stub your toe on the huge ledge that you have to STEP over! I guess there is a reason for that. Probably flood related, but none the less a nusance especially if you are absent minded or a drinker. LOL.
Also the phone rang constantly - TELEMARKETERs- so don't make a mistake and pick it up or you will be charged. I thought it was the front desk calling the first time so I picked up. Bad decision. I tryed to contact someone in the front office but it was closed. I called the # on the door and got a VM. I left a message, but no one EVER returned my calls. HOW RUDE., right? Overall the place was OK. I would probably stay there again if I could get a better condo. Ours was 2103 I believe. So if the owner is reading this - go get your dead plant!!!

Our condo was fabulous! We could not believe how nice it was for the price we paid. My family and I were there during college spring break so it was busy but quiet. We can't wait to return next year.

I rented a condo through vrbo. Most condos here are privately owned. The owner I rented from was very nice and accommodating, easy to work with and very friendly. No problems with her or their condo. It was decorated beautifully and felt very welcoming and inviting. There is no front desk to offer any help with anything. You deal with the indivdual owner on everything, from getting your keys to condo maintenance. We stayed here the week of July 4 so I'm thinking maybe they just didn't know how to handle such a big crowd during this very popular holiday. They only had one guy to work on the pools between this condo and two others. It was just never clean enough and neither were the hot tubs. There wasn't much of a security presence either so a lot of things transpired on the property that shouldn't have. All sorts of things from beer bottles to shrimp tails were thrown from balconies. It seemed to be a "party place" for the front beach area. It's within walking distance to Coyote Ugly, Salty's and about a mile from Pineapple Willy's. If you're looking for a loud and busy area with a lot of action, this is your place. If you're more of the family oriented type, your best option would be somewhere else. This is my opinion though!
