the condo room was beautiful. we walked in and automatically felt at home. It was clean and the silverware was even organized in the drawers. I think they payed attention to every last little detail while cleaning and getting ready for the next guest.
The view of the beach was beautiful as well. waking up each morning and hearing the ocean waves crash against the beach makes your vacation so much better (to me!). plenty of wash clothes and towels were provided and there was a washer and a dryer in the unit. The swimming pool and hot tubs were clean.
I would recommend this condo to anyone, its a beautiful place to stay.

Me, my husband, and our 7 month old decided to make a last minute vacation to PCB and found our condo online (Twin Palms #1403) and got it for a really good price. Everything was exactly as the pictures indicated. Our balcony opened to the gulf and provided good sunlight to enjoy. The beach was clean and quiet so we were able to sit and relax or take our son into the water. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was good too. Being able to cook our own food saved on some of the expense so that was a plus too. Convienant to everything. Walking distance to wal mart if you forgot something. Minutes to golf, wine tasting, or resturants! Will be back next year.

my family and i can't wait to go back.. very impressed with our condo (top floor room #2203 ) .our condo had everything we need.It was walking distance to several restaurants including pineapple willy's. This is our first time in Panama City Beach. The condo was great. Right on the beach. Great view of the beach from the balcony, full kitchen, washer and dryer. Walmart is 1 block away from the condo . Hotel was central to many attractions and restaurants. My whole family enjoyed the stay. We look forward to staying again.

Just returned from a 6 day stay at Twin Palms. My usual unit is 2204, a 2 bedroom penthouse booked through Joni's Beach Rentals. As always, the unit was great. The amenities at Twin Palms are not as numerous as some other beach resorts, but I personally don't need a Tiki Bar, on-site restuarant, etc. Although Joni's has received some negative reviews in the forum, I have never had a problem. This is a Waterstone property with an office on premises that is very rarely occupied....don't need them anyway. The best part about Twin Palms is the quietness....very few youg kids, partiers,etc. Great location for relaxation.
