We recently stayed in unit 501 (6/23-6/30) and were terribly disappointed. The condo was very dirty and even after the cleaners came and cleaned again (which took 3 hours and we couldn't stay in the condo right after we got there) it still was in pretty bad shape. The management was less than helpful and the owner has yet to respond to numerous attempts to get in touch with him. I never had any issues getting him to respond when the subject was payments or money. The complex is average, the beach is small and it was pretty crowded. I would neither stay there again nor would I recommend this to anyone else. There are tons of condo complexes in PCB that will probably be more recommendable for a nice beach vacation.
