Beautiful room on the beach. Clean and comfortable, good location.

What a huge disappointment ! I stayed here for a week in June. I arrived at noon and was told my room wasnt ready. No problem, I thought, we were a little early. However, our room wasnt ready untl 6:15 pm !! And then, it wasnt clean, no towels, and smelled awful ! It took three phone calls and another hour to get towels to the room. Service was awful, the pool was constantly dirty. The area around the deck was littered with trash and cigarette butts... Just a big overall negative experience.

Then, to top it off, they overcharged my credit card -after I left! I got my Visa bill the next month and they had added a charge of $239 for an extra night! I didnt sign the bill, or anything.. they just added it as a whole brand new charge! I guess they thought I wouldnt notice. When I called, they denied it (even though I was holding the bill!) then it took another dozen phone calls to get the problem fixed. I had to threaten to call the Better Business Bureau just to get them to respond!

HUGE THUMBS DOWN. worst experience I have had with any hotel, ever !

We Stayed at the boardwalk condo three years ago and was blown away! ( and thats hard to do, were very picky) it was the perfect condo in the perfect location with all the amenties you could dream of, so we went back this august and was floored at the lack of upkeep!! the first unit we walked into was not only dirty but was really showing alot of wear! went back to the front desk and was given a different unit, the second one wasnt perfect but much better, to their credit the front desk employees were very friendly and accomodating! The maintainence people seemed over extented but were still friendly, things I noticed upon arriving were: 6 burned out light bulbs in our unit, dirty glass leading to the balcony and bedroom, gouged and pealing/faded paint throughout the unit, the marble tile in the elevaters are getting destroyed, more lights burned out in the entry and foyer( which is very nice!) the pool patio needed pressure washed, and the kids splash zone needs repairs, Some of the strong points were: top notch pool security! they dont tolerate any foolishness, A fantastic fitness center and pool bar and everyone I encountered working there was very friendly!

We rented a 2 bedroom condo through Oaseas resorts. Check in l was located at a different resort which was just down the street. This was inconvenient due to our late night arrival, but there is no front desk at BBC.We had a wonderful time! The zero entry pool and splash zone were perfect for my 18 month old. My 11& 8 yr old loved the pool and the beach was literally just a few steps away. The condo was fair in size, clean, and nicely furnished...but no dining table! A small dinette table&long bar with stools worked ok but wasn't what we expected. The kitchen was poorly stocked with worn pots and pans and very few plates and glasses. The appliances were modern but the washer dryer combo was the stacked kind designed for 2 people rather than
the 6 of us. The resort amenities made up for it's downfalls. We would stay here again.
