Just got back from PCB. The Landmark took care of our needs with a 3 bedroom unit. Yes, the builiding is older. However, the furniture was new and the kitchen was relatively stocked with household needs. The bathroom access in the unit was inconvenient, but good water pressure. The staff was pleasant. Not having a pool outside was a negative for us Inside pool area was clean. No oil issues. The new airport was about a 15 minute drive away. Location and views were fantastic! We felt very safe at the resort.

Traveled to the Landmark right after a week in NO for Mardi Gras. Both experiences were wonderful. The Landmark had just re-modeled all the units and we were the first to use the new furniture. We come here at least twice a year and have never had anything but a terrific experience. Not only are the units very nice, and the scenery can't be beat anywhere, but the staff make you feel like you are " the king of your castle" only away from home. The new manager is Teresa. If you see her, tell her Bob says hello!

We stayed in the 3BR condo on the 14th floor with a beautiful view of the beach, gulf and miles and miles. This is a great place to relax and enjoy the beach and all the white sand.
Drove into Panama City for the Captains's Table.. best meal of the trip so far.
We enjoyed the whole week.

I visited this resort in September 2009 as an RCI exchange. It was everything we wanted although the accomodation was not brand new it was clean and well equiped. There was plenty of space for 4 of us. Being on the beach and just out of Panama City itself it was not too busy but only about 25 mins walk or 5 mins drive to Pier Park which was full of shops, bars and restraunts.
The beach and Ocean in this area was as always soft white sand and clear warm water.
