Stayed for one night and that was enough! The mattress needed to be replaced, you could feel and hear the springs in the mattress. Very basic at best with low budget amenities. Did not look like a very safe area at night.

The checkin process went well. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Only thing I didnt like @c/out the front desk called us at 10:30am to remind us c/o was at 11am. I work front desk and have never did that to anyone. Then 11am on the dot, husband was packing the car I was still in bathroom and the housekeeper knocked on the door, just the checkout attitude was rude and impatient. Ok I understand time is money but so is the guest. My family just moved to Panama Beach so I'll probably refer them to stay at another CHOICE properties if this is their procedure.

We where the third time in the Quality Inn in Panama City.The Hotel is very good and
quiet. The Management and the staff is very friendly and helpful .The rooms are big and very clean,and the breakfast is very good and rich.
We love this Hotel,and we come back next year.

The staff was very professional and courteous. The rooms were clean and spacious. The area was with in five min. of the beach; restaurants; stores. If you like buffet eating, their a restaurant call Chow Time, that we recommend.
