From the time my daughter and I walked into the hotel, they made us feel comfortable. The rooms are standard size. The beds have to be the most comfortable I have slept in in years. Rooms are very clean. The hotel is close to shopping, places to eat and about twenty five minutes from PCBeach. The staff was great...friendly and helpful. The only problem, there is only one washing machine and one dryer. If there were other soccer teams staying here it would have been a nightmare to get clean uniforms.

We came in and we were welcomed by the front desk immediately. Everyone was so nice at this hotel, it was unbelievable. Think the term "southern hospitality" really shows here. Like every other HGI, they had cookies at the front desk. Rooms were very nice and were cleaned frequently. Even the maids were very nice. Breakfast was great and our waitress was very kind. Pool area is clean, quiet, and great for family. If you are in the PCB area, I would highly recommend you stay here. If I am ever in the PCB area again, I will undoubtably stay here.

Our family stopped at this Hilton Garden Inn based on recommendations from other reviewers. The hotel was as reviewed. Nice staff, clean rooms, and nice location in Panama City.

I have been very comfortable in this hotel. My husband is here on business the 8-18th. I will be happy to come and stay again. There is a microwave and refrigerator and an available laundry. The room is spacious and clean and the water is HOT. There is a pool and a hot tub and a very nice fitness center. Fresh cookies every evening. A for fee breakfast and dinner is available. The breakfast is delicious and the dinner menu looks very inviting but we haven't eaten there yet. The staff is especially friendly and welcoming, more so than any hotel I have been to before. They have a nice garden growing right outside the breakfast seating which is interesting and nice. The beds are maybe the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The A/C is top notch and will go lower than you will! Lots to do within walking distance. Malls and eateries, Starbucks nearby. The pool is on the small side but looks well maintained. We have coupons good for breakfast but my only recommendation would be to include free breakfast. My husband chooses a hotel when he is on business that includes a good breakfast that includes eggs. This hotel is really aiming high and their hotel staff reflect that.
