I always look for hotels with fitness centers. It's very important to me when I travel to keep up with my exercise. The first morning there I went into the fitness center to run on the treadmill and the belt was slippiing. So then I decided to get on the stair master, and that too was broken. When I complained to the front desk they told me that they knew about the treadmill and had the parts ordered. I asked them why they didn't have an out of order sign on the equipment if they knew it was broken (especially the treadmill) because someone was going to get hurt. They didn't have an answer for me. After I talked to them, the guy who was in charge of maintance put a sign on the fitness center door stating that it was out of order. The sign was removed the next day. Another thing that happened during our stay was that we kept getting a 6:15am wake up call that we didn't ask for. We told them several times to stop calling our room. We were there 3 nights and every single morning at 6:15am the phone would rang. Not an enjoyable stay at all!
