A beautiful well-maintained property but the rooms are tired and the staff appears insensitive.

The rooms were considerably more expensive than other accommodations in the area and there is an additional daily resort fee. In-room wi-fi was available for an additional charge of $25 per day.

All things conisdered, the room was not a good value for the rate charged.

I stayed at this Resort during a business conference for about a week. I was greeted by a door leaning up against the wall upon arrival at my cottage - not the best welcome, but a new entrance door was installed within the week. My one bedroom suite was more like a studio apartment - an outstanding value for the rate I paid! It was very clean (I am EXTREMELY picky about cleanliness). I particularly liked the fact that the bed was completely dressed in white (including the duvet) which suggested to me Innisbrook had nothing to hide, specifically, bed bugs. The sheets were clean and crisp, but comfortable. The kitchen was clean, and completely outfitted for an extended stay. It was quiet, and I enjoyed that. Yes, with over 900 acres, it can be a bit of a challenge getting around without a car if there are fewer shuttles operating, but the drivers were so knowledgeable and ALWAYS pleasant. I enjoyed the food (prices a bit steep, but its a resort) and the Indaba Spa for a day. I would definitely recommend this place to friends/family and wouldn't mind staying again.

Pricey for a family but...Love this property. Close to beaches. Kid friendly- pools and activities. Excellent golf facilities- practice and playing. People and service first rate. Repeat guest.

While the property is beautiful, I have a number of issues:
1. Rooms clearly need updating
2. Do not come without a car. The resort is huge and hard to move around without a car. Pretty much you feel as a prisoner
3. They say that you can get airline credits by stating with them, but that's false
