We traveled 27 hours just to get to Florida and then spent time in quite a few different towns and hotels in Florida, but this hotel was the best by far!
The staff right from the beginning was helpful, polite, and funny. We got a great deal considering what we had spent on other hotels.
The room was beautiful, clean, and modern. The beds were super comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean, but on the smaller side. Plus, the room even smelled nice. I found that many hotels in Florida were musty and had smelly water, but not this place.
They had a good continental breakfast! Also, I had to use the business center so I could print directions back to Minnesota... note to self: bring your room key! You cannot get in the room where the computer is located unless you have a room key. Otherwise it worked nice.
We did not use the pool area (if they even had one... I'm not sure! haha.) We drove the few minutes to get to the beautiful ocean! :) The beaches here were clean and very nice. By the way, there is a little Italian restaurant (Joe's something or other?) right across the street from the ocean. They had excellent pizza and service and we even went back again for a great dinner!
But back to the hotel. It was in a great location and easy to find. Palm Coast is a great location too. It's minutes from great beaches and it is only 40 minutes away from Daytona Beach and 80 minutes to Orlando/Disney World/SeaWorld. We are already planning another trip to Florida and will be spending our entire trip at this hotel!!! We cannot wait to go back :) I have to say, I am an avid Marriott hotel stayer, but this Hampton hotel has changed me ;)
