stayed here for a week in january. the help here did all they could to make sure everyone
had the best stay.the staff at this location is the best i have encountered anywhere.
breakfast each morning was great, the cooked to order omelets are to die for.
the managers reception each evening was a nice added touch also
i have not stayed at en embassy in the past but i will now
the only probelm i had was at the pool
there were only 2 loungers and we were told more were on order
would have made more sense to keep the old ones until new arrived

We stayed in this hotel on our way from terrible Miami to Orlando, and one more night, back to Florida Keys. What can I say. First of all, after a loud, overrated and rude Miami, the whole town of Palm Beach Gardens is lovely, lovely, lovely. People are nice. Hotel staff is great. It's a bit business-oriented hotel (it's a conference place), so you will meet people in suits and ties here and there. Rooms are clean and large, with lots of appliences (mini-fridge, coffe-maker, microwave). Awesome glass elevator. Breakfasts - especially on a weekend - are 10 out of 10 for hotel breakfasts and it's included (please ask for breakfast time though! On weekdays it's up by 10AM). Personal thank you to an Afro-American chief, cooking and serving food on Jan 01 - not only he's cooking well, but he's the friendliest person ever.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, we were very pleased. Especially after Miami attitude.

I spent 4 days in this hotel and I really enjoyed the experience. all staff were so friendly and helpful. I travelled on my own and since I have Asthma I informed them in advance about my condition so the suite was very clean and spacious. reception staff Diana, Ruby,... were great. this hotel offers manager's reception in the evenings which is essentially complimentary drinks and snacks and an order to cook breakfast with a good quality. Their cab service I-Limo also was very helpful and had good fares. lovely experience!!!!

First, my compliments to the exceptional staff for doing the best they can with a hotel that desperately needs a facelift. Yes, the staff is very friendly and professional! However, amidst the pretty interior with swans and such, are a number of not so lovely concerns including: excessive fruit flies in the eating area & fighting for sips of free wine, poor coffee quality (only available until 9am), a not-very-hot [hot] tub and sauna, old carpet and 1980's designed rooms. So don't expect to be wow'ed by nothing more than friendliness, and swans, of course. I hope ES executives realize this hotel still has great potential.
