I did not have especially high expectations for this hotel given what it costs, especially since most "suites" hotels tend to be relatively ratty. That was not the case with this hotel. It is spotlessly clean, the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and the service was excellent. Not only do they serve free continental breakfast, but during the week they have free (albeit basic) dinner service - including draft beer! I've never heard of such a thing.

We rented two 2-double + sofa bed suites. Both had full kitchens with full-size refrigerators and a complement of clean dishes and silverware. The beds were comfortable. The living room and bedroom of both suites had large LCD TV's. As I mentioned, everything was spotlessly clean.

I really don't have anything bad to say about this hotel. I was very pleasantly surprised.

If you are planning a party or business meeting, this is the place to have it. Wonderful area, service was excellent. Ask for Jennifer in Sales. She is the best I have worked with.

The hotel is extremely nice for people who want to avoid the hassles of a HUGE hotel with 10+ floors. We were there in October for the huge baseball tournament going on at the Roger Dean Complex . The hotel was the closest to the complex- about .8 of a mile. Easy drive back and forth every day to play ball- didn't have to contend with the interstate traffic to get to stadium. The rest of the team stayed at a Marriott and when we had to go there for a team meeting - what a headache! BUSY- no parking and too much hustle and bustle in the lobby!!
AND in no traffic took about 15 minutes to get there- can't imagine fighting that when trying to get to the stadium daily!
Food places around (within in walking distance were very good) and there was a CVS pharmacy and a Publix grocery store in the vicinity. Which was handy for picking up laundry detergent , snacks and drinks!
The rooms were clean - housekeeping was very nice and really on the ball ! They had the room taken care of every day while we were gone for a few hours. When ever we ran short on bath towels or toilet paper / one call and they were there within minutes.
The hide-a -bed in the living room had a very thin mattress and the springs creaked and squeaked anytime you rolled over but for small kids it might be ok.
The first morning we tried the breakfast AND the managers light dinner - and unfortunately found it lacking so much that during the next 6 days of our trip we sought food outside of the hotel.
Neither the quality or very small selection of food offered suited us. ( we have stayed at Homewood Suites before and been able to take advantage of the free food gladly - just not this particular property) check out my review for the Homewood Suites in New Brighton !
The bagels were dried out- the fruit in sad shape- the eggs ( cold and yuck) etc.
The front staff were all very nice the only thing I have to say is that I requested a top floor , quite area away from elevators and at end of a hall and we were put on 3rd floor ,very close to the elevator. ( AND I do realize that requests can not be guaranteed but this is the first time that NEITHER was met) BUT it turned out ok - as aside from a door slam here and there and a few times of screaming kids running in the hallway- it was pretty much peace and quite for the duration of the stay.
Pool was nice - a little on the small side but we had it to ourselves most of the time. It is also very shaded by the palm trees, so a bit hard to get a lot of sun while laying out.
Would stay again if in the area !! ( forgot to add- VERY SAFE AREA !)

First visit 6 mos. ago was terrible, this time was terrific. Service and all personnel were great and the place was amazingly clean. All requests were handled quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend it for anyone travelling to the area!!
