My husband has been working in Florida since June. He has been treated to a very friendly and most accommodating staff. I myself have visited numerous times. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is new and beautiful. It is in a great location, within walking distance to the Gardens Mall where there are great shops and restaurants. Breakfast is included with the overnight stay and is cooked and served by a very dedicated and friendly staff. I enjoyed my experience there and will definitely return if I get the chance.

We are really frequent travelers (i.e. over 100 nights out per year-world wide) and we rate the Hilton Garden Inn as an exceptionally all around really nice experience.Starting from the asthetically attractive approach (and this is from the lesser attractive side) thru to the wonderful staff and every other aspect of this hotel.The entire staff is among the friendliest, most efficient, the rooms are nicely appointed and the lake views are especialy "calming".
The "fresh" (eggs, pancakes, fruit, coffee etc) breakfast is yet another plus. The location is perfect. Hard to ask for much more.

Spent two nights here first week of January. Staff was so friendly. Nice holidays decorations still up in the lovely lobby. Loved the free all-day coffee service there (coffee could've been a bit stronger!). Large comfortable rooms. What a great value.

We are here for one night only and did not expect it to be so lovely a property. Everything is pristine here. We are in a big room that overlooks the "lake", but also a good walk about that surrounds it that is calling for me to come out and get some exercise in the Florida Sunshine. When checking in there were several couples from South America and one from Greece. Very beautiful and large public space and we could hear that the front desk staff was able to speak Spanish easily with the SA guests. Small pool area, but quite nice. GREAT shopping mall (Gardens Mall) directly across the street (easy walk) and absolutely beautiful inside. On the other side is yet another shopping outside mall and many upscale restaurants. This hotel is very inexpensive in my opinion. Having never stayed here before, we did not know what to expect. This is a long American holiday weekend and prices in the south Florida hotels were very high and thus we picked this mostly by default. However, we come this way often and would not in any way hesitate to stay again. It is really, really a nice property. The room is large!!! Big windows, large marble bath, clean everywhere and quiet. What more can you ask nor expect. And the nice part, it is not packed with holiday people and kids. I think we found a real 'sleeper' here. Front desk called a few minutes after we checked in to ask how things were. Can recommend it highly for both business and pleasure. RTD
