I don't normally write reviews, but this hotel is a gem and deserves to be recognized. My wife and I stayed there on February 7th to the 10th and it was a pure pleasure. The Omphoy is not a large hotel, but that has been put to advantage. There were always an abundance of friendly staff ready to serve us, from the time we drove up till we had to depart. The fine dining was definitely 5-star, with outstanding cuisine, service and ambiance. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary, with many choices. I loved the crepes -- the fruit was sweet and fresh. The rooms were clean and fully equipped (complete with a chocolate on each of our pillows each night). The beds were very comfortable! Regarding the location, it is right next to the 4-seasons. We visited that hotel for a meal, but the Omphoy's service and quality of food was even better. The facilities were all you might seek in a top level hotel -- from the exercise facilities to the fresh-water pool! We want to return again for a longer visit. It was a wonderful experience!

We stayed at the Hotel for 3 nights and we really enjoyed it. The room was very nice, we liked the calm and darker colours. We had an ocean front room with a balcony and it was so nice sitting out there, listening to the ocean and have a glass of wine (or 2). Second evening we sat at the bar after dinner and it was very nice too. Service was really good. We had breakfast (that was included in our room rate) on the veranda and it was the perfect start for a great day. The only thing that was not great was the fitness room, very small and dark. But if we go back to Palm Beach we will definitively go back to that hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Omphoy over the New Year holiday. This is a smaller, modern hotel that offers a relaxing adult vibe very different from the larger resorts in Palm Beach. The garden room on the side of the hotel was comfortable and gave us easy beach access. The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating, especially Allison who has given us excellent food and drink service on the beach during both of visits to the resort. The oceanfront patio is perfect both for brunch and late night cocktails under the stars, and the pool offers a relaxing and refreshing break after a long day in the sun. Lastly, Michelle Bernstein's restaurant is AMAZING, and by itself is worth the visit out to this hotel. This was our second trip to visit the Omphoy in Palm Beach and we will definitely be back!

We stayed two nights on the way back to NYC from the Caribbean. I must say: I would go back to the Omphoy for a weekend vacation just to stay there, and we don't particularly enjoy Florida. When you walk in you are immediately made calm by the atmosphere and decor. The service was, in our opinion, extraordinary- everyone from the valets to the desk people to the restaurant staff was great. No one seemed to do their job with less than 100% conviction. The bartender and cook accommodated several of us one evening by staying a bit late, as we couldn't make dinner until 10:30. We ordered in the early evening and arrived later to find all the orders correct and all the food hot. And the food is DELICIOUS- never had an Asian chicken salad that made me excited like this one did. The bartender stayed late and served us without complaint, and with smiles and kindness. And the people staying in the hotel were interesting and low- key. Thanks, all... my only complaint was a noisy room. The air conditioner- or something- would come on every 20 minutes or so with a deafening blast and it actually woke me out of my sleep a few times. I'd take note of this and make sure the room had was more quiet next time. There will be a next time... Spent time at the Colony and the Four Seasons on previous visits BTW and the Omphoy beats them both, for me.
