Nice place to have a cocktail overlooking the beach. They have a great chef and serve a delicious sunday brunch. Very attentive service.
Pros: Nice rooms, good pool and beach access, great service (especially at the bar), spa on location.
Cons: little pricey (especially restaurant), limited view from room
Summary: This hotel is a solid choice for a stay in the Palm Beach area. The rooms are clean, modern, and spacious. The color scheme throughout the hotel is warm and relaxing. I found the staff, especially at the bar, to exceptional. They have a good bottled beer selection and the mixed drinks are unique. Also, you can save some money by opting to eat in the bar/lounge area instead of the restaurant.
My family and I had such an amazing time at this hotel! The staff is amazing, the food is wonderful, great customer service! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Palm Beach area! Definitely worth every penny! THANK YOU!
This hotel could not have been any better. The room was amazing, the staff was super friendly, the food was delicious, and everything was extremely clean. We were there for a quick weekend trip and we will be back as soon as we can!
I was in Palm Beach for 3 days on family business, and decided to try something new (and slightly less expensive). Admittedly my experience of the hotel was limited to the room, not having time to use any of the hotel's services. The location is excellent, the room was large with a partial ocean view. Large bed with totally white linens and many pillows. And that is where the positives end. The room is poorly lit, leaving large areas in the dark and making it necessary to move a suitcase onto the bed to be able to find your clothes. This makes it hard to trust the cleanliness of the room. If I can't see, how can the housekeepers? There were some issues with the plumbing that were dealt with promptly, but it is easy to imagine the hotel's former incarnation as a Hilton. The room door is not well made, and needed to be slammed in order to close it. Ditto for the neighboring rooms, which made it quite noisy. The hallways are dark and the entire design of the place is counterintuitive. I totally agree with the comments of Lola216: it lacks a good "flow". Next time I'll go back to the Four Seasons, right next door.
