“Brazilian on Australian with class”

Just returned from a five night stay through American Express.I arrived midday had lunch and went to Frederic Fekkai in the hotel to get my hair done as I was in town on business. Got a beautiful studio room with a terrace a little far from the entry as i had asked for a quiet room since there is a restaurant, Cafe Boulud, in the front. Quiet, calm , boutique hotel recently refurbished. The bathroom is the best in Palm Beach ( I have stayed everywhere). The bed was fine but not outrageous and the pillows were very soft so ask for a lot of them. Great shower, insane bathtub( soaking plus massage). The staff was courteous and efficient. There is no faster room service anywhere and the quality is Cafe Boulud food, no pizzas here but there is a hamburger and a chicken club. The rooms are beautifully furnished and they thought of everything- no last minute call for a shower cap- nothing was missing. A paper on your door every morning and several choices of papers in the restaurant at breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel. I did not go to the beach but they have an arrangement with another hotel ten minutes away. The front often gets congested with cars and so there may be a wait of a few minutes (I like to check out new Bentleys and Ferrari's while waiting for my rental car).My only problem here was my asthma and it took four days for everyone to understand that I had asked for a system override and no spray in my room due to my condition. That was somewhat frustrating. The staff more than made up for it over the long run. If you have asthma you must ask for a VIP override of the system. My only criticism is that in Palm Beach no one turns the air off ever because that is asking for a problem.Beautiful, quiet, old Palm Beach elegance.Make sure that you ask for a quiet room on the top floor.

Room Tip: Highest floor, quiet end.

“Great Hotel!”

I have stayed at the Brazilian Court many times while in Palm Beach for work - it is my favorite place in Palm Beach! The rooms are very comfortable and well decorated. And of course the restaurant is fantastic!! My only complaint would be that it is VERY pricy in season, forcing me to stay elsewhere.

“Perhaps the Best Boutique Hotel in South Florida”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 January 2012

The Trip Advisor extented the offer to me to write a review about the best travel experience that I had in 2011. Thinking back over this year I felt that the Brazilian Court Hotel deserved an encoure applause! I will explain why below.

My stay was in Feburary 2011 for 5 nights. We stayed in a second floor suite overlooking the main courtyard. It was my second stay at the BC.

Here a some of my good points about the BC.

1. Location-very nice -short walk to the beach or Worth Avenue.
2. Old historic hotel originally buit in 1929 and since renovated . Many of the suites are privately owned and are luxuriously appointed.Very highly rated by several travel magazines.
3.Cafe Bouloud- no need to have a lesser dining experience anyplace else.
If you are a single traveler, as I was on my first visit, having dinner at the bar is confortable and fantastic.
4. The staff were professional and efficient. My arriving flight was diverted from W. Palm Beach to Ft. Lauderdale. No problem- one phone call to the front desk at the last minute -and they sent a limo out to get me.We had a slight problem with the AC controll in our suite. A service man was there in 10 minutes to make an adjustment.
5. Ahhh the Courtyard-beautifully landscaped and well appointed with many stately Royal Palm trees. In the afternoon hours smooth Jazz was heard in the coutyard. Without asking , The Jazzmasters and Chris Bottti, two of my favorite artists were playing. Also it is wonderful to have lunch at an outside table of Cafe Boulud overlooking the courtyard.

I understand now that the BC has a beach club. The beach Club is located a
section of the Omphy Hotel. The BC takes you to and fro. This was not yet open during my last stay but since its opening the BC has been rated very, very highly rated as a " Beach Club" by Travel and leisure magazine!

Downsides to the BC:
1. None that I could see.

In my opinion, this is an adult resort. I do not believe it is for young children.

The BC is a CLASSY place. The BC is LUXURY. The BC is exceptionally fine dining. The BC has a relaxed atmosphere. When i travel to Palm Beach the BC is ME!

When at the BC order the Chateaubriand for two at dinner if available. Sublime!
When you are in Palm Beach live it upat the BC- you only live once!

Room Tip: I would definitely request a Second Floor suite overlooking the marvelous courtyard. Some of these h...

“Great potential, ashame that the front desk staff have such a poor attitude about service.”

We have stayed in this hotel several times, love the location, the rooms are a bit dark and if you happen to have a ground floor room, expect some noise from above! We thought that there were renovation works going on it was so noisy but were told that it was just a large family staying above. No apology for the horrible experience, just a very arrogant attitude from the front desk. Will never stay again. The only staff in this hotel that are first class are the bellman.

I had booked through a discount hotel website and was really surprised to not only be treated very well but also received an upgraded room. The place was beautiful, nicely situated, and the staff was A+ all around. I travel extensively for business and pleasure and can say that Brazilian Court was a total gem.

Room Tip: The suites that have private patios and bar sinks are superb
