We stayed here because The Breakers had no available rooms. We were pleasantly surprised at the beach cabanas set on the grassy area just before the sand. The owners were friendly to us and even invited us for wine.

Newly renovated and great views from any room. New eatery on premises being remodeled. Friendly staff and walking distance to shop and eat! Beautiful landscaping! We loved it, may buy a unit!

Had to stop overnight in Palm Beach found this slightly hidden location based on local recommendation.
There are few other hotels on this stretch of Palm Beach.Mostly a mix of recent and 1960s condo apartment buildings . Beach was good and not crowded.
Restaurants are in Lake Worth need a cab or car ride

Room pricing was fair (Mid. Dec.).Room was smallish 1940s era spotless and newly decorated..Call ahead for rates which do vary by season... got the feeling that there is not too much latitude to bargain-- even in tough times.

There is nothing 'tired' about this place.Not everyone here over 60.
Staff efficient personable and attentive --- making certain with two calls for an early morning flight.
Wished at check out I could have spent a few extra days .

Not exactly what we expected, but the service and friendly faces were a plus. The rooms and the condition of the building itself were not in tip top shape. If I had known I wouldn't have booked it for so much. I think it's a great place to stay, but for the moeny, I would rather stay elsewhere.
