“initual room issues with outstanding resolve”

I just wanted to take a minute to let prospective customers know that the Bradley staff went out of their way to resolve a issue we had with our room and turned the experience into a very positive stay at this great hotel.

My wife and I spent 5 wonderful nights at the Bradley and I would recommend and stay at this wonderful hotel in the future.

“An overall delight, but could use some improvements”

My partner and I stayed here for 3 night at the very end of March/beginning of April. Before even getting to Palm Beach, the nice woman on the phone upgraded us from a Jr Suite to a One bedroom - more space? Sure! And for the same price.

Bradley Park Hotel was conveniently located 15 minutes (~$20) from PBI. The hotel was very inviting, and downstairs was a pricey sushi restaurant (we did not visit) but the smells were wonderful from our balcony! The 'room' itself, rather apartment, was great. Spacious everything - full living space and bedroom; the kitchen was very nice, however, only minimally stocked with pots, pans, and silverware, and the dishwasher did not work. The bathroom was standard (the door did not close, and would pop open every time - this irked me slightly). The 'fitness center' was very small, equipped with an old, small treadmill that worked fine, and an all-in-one cable machine that got the job done.

Across the street was a full size supermarket (Publix), which services the community in its in-season months, and close after April because the town empties out (the community is affluent and mostly of the older generations, which was kind of nice). The immediate area also offers modestly priced bike and scooter rentals, and the beach, literally a block and a half away (beautiful and always quiet without too many people). There were several decent restaurants/bars around the block which where fairy busy (we were there for the weekend), but none are really worth mentioning.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel. The only real drawback, no pool, but the ocean was warm and awesome to swim in!!

“perfect in every way and such a bargain!”

we stayed here for three nights in March. it was our first time to palm beach. this hotel is old charm. it reminded me so much of the old boutique hotels in Italy. it was very clean, the rooms are big and the shower pressure is great. the bed was so comfortable. the grocery store across the street is perfect and the restaurant downstairs serves awesome asian fare. the restaurants around the block are reasonably priced and excellent. we ate two dinners at Testa's and breakfast, which was really a bargain. The Breakers Hotel is worth the visit, we rented bikes and rode over at night to "hang out" but, it was really nice to return to our boutique hotel. it's safe and so reasonably priced. and we will be back. rent bikes around the corner... it's so worth that ride on the bike trail.

I travel to PB a few times during the season to learn yoga on my own dime and for customer service, huge awesome clean rooms, price, and location location location, Bradley Park Hotel is the finest hotel on the island. The staff is excellent, all personable and helpful. Melissa, I commend you as the Bradley has only gotten better over the ten years that I have been staying here. Thank you for making me feel so welcome each and every time I am here! Bradley Park will continue to be my #1 go-to hotel because of you and your wonderful staff. Oh, and the courtyard with all the new seating areas around outdoor fires and torches looks AWESOME!!!!

“Excellent value and service!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 February 2011

We just stayed here and everything was great. They automatically upgraded us to a one bedroom suite. It was HUGE and very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable with new linen. Nice decor, updated kitchen with granite countertops. The restaurant on site is excellent - sushi, pan-Asian. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay....great location with the ocean 2 blocks and great restaurants within the block. I am a picky traveler and really don't take the time to write reviews....but felt compelled because our stay was so pleasant!
