We stayed here for 3 days in December. The hotel was located close to Universal, which is why we chose it. The area seemed safe and nice.

The carpet in our suite was filthy, so we had to wear shoes and couldn't play with their toys in the floor. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and one was broken and leaning. The couch bed was also broken, missing springs, so we had to put a couch cushion under it so that my daughter wouldn't hurt herself. We typically do not let housekeeping clean/stock our rooms while staying in hotels, as a courtesy to them and for our own privacy. When we did request clean towels, they said they were completely out of towels, and never brought any up.

The hotel staff wasn't friendly, and did not even attempt to rectify any of the situations. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, nor would I stay there again.

Family members arrived two days earlier than us and found out while trying to check in that that had to move to another hotel due to overbooking. They were not compensated in any way for inconvenience, gas, etc. Checking in was inefficient as only one person on staff that also had to answer phone. No manager on duty entire time of stay. Only place to eat breakfast was outside or take back to room. Also continental breakfast consisted of cereal, muffins, and donuts. Only one elevator and it was very slow. Trash left in hallway two days we were there. Hallway had strange unappealing smell and stains on carpet. TV in room was old school and some channels had poor reception. First time staying at an Extended Stay and will definitely be last. Would rather spend a few extra dollars somewhere else. Also left two messages for manager to call me but still no word.

We stayed here for three nights on trip to Orlando. Good location near main attracitons with restaurants adn shops nearby. Nice big room and bed with handy kitchenette. it was quite clean and comfy though obviously not overly luxurious. It is perfect for tip to orlando though as you are out all day. The breakfast was v basic but still we were happy to use it and we could store food in the big fridge and use the toaster.

The pool was basic but nice and quiet.

The staff were also nice and it was very good value. I would recommend it if you want a comfy, handy place to stay in Orlando. Save your money for the shopping and theme parks!
