Had a short trip to Orlando Feb 2nd this year, stayed 3 nights. Room was clean and comfortable, had a great view of Epcot (this was an upgrade over the rack room).
Free wi-fi in the rooms.
Close enough to downtown Disney to walk to it (1/2 mile). Shuttle to Epcot was a good ride.
Plenty of restaurants just up the street to chose from. Right near I-4, straight shot up to universal studios.
Would definitely stay at this hotel again on the next trip to Orlando.

the basic functions of the hotel need upgrading. its old, run down and the people are not happy.

my son paid for computer use. it was very old machinery and FULL of virus. no one cared.

the manager was flustered on a phone call because he couldnt speak spanish - instead of finding someone to help the client he answered in english and hung up!

i got the room to see fireworks from the balcony - they were about 10 miles away - on the horizon you could see something small happening. very lame and hugely misleading!!

the maids threw out our coupons, didnt take the rubbish, moved around our personal items, and on top of that TOOK MY SONS MONEY from the desktop!!!! the manager says that was normal for the maids to take any money left out. it was like 4 dollars with loose change - thank goodness it wasnt a large sum!!

needless to say - we got outta there and stayed longer in tampa - at a la quinta - very nice.

I'm not one to write reviews but this hotel just irked me. First the good: If you're looking for an economical hotel for Disney that's not too far from things, this one was great. Just a short walk to Downtown disney (was nice to walk there for dinner and back, burn off some calories and enjoy a quiet stroll). Stayed on the 12th floor disney view. Had a nice view for fireworks with a balcony. Nice to sit outside on the balcony when we needed a break from sitting inside. Shuttle service to the parks was nice and the $8 or whatever resort fee to cover it was fine by me because I don't care for driving or paying to park. I was also able to walk a few blocks to get breakfast at McDonald's and some other resteraunts like Uno's pizza, Red Lobster, Quizno's at Crossroads shopping center.
The bad: The things I just mentioned are the only saving grace to this hotel. I don't expect a red carpet for my arrival but a courteous smile and/or thank you would be nice. I'm pretty sure I said please and thank you more times to the staff than they did to me. I would look at other hotels before I go back to this one just because I felt unwelcome the entire stay.

Perfect place for a nice nights sleep while spending 99% of your time at Disney World, Universal and Sea World!!
