Stayed here for one night prior to departing on Disney Cruise. Airport shuttle came within 15 min of my call. Hotel is rather drab from outside, but inside is warm and modern. Front desk staff were very helpful and welcoming. Room was large, clean and well appointed with 1 king bed, and a pullout full size sofa. Lovely tiled shower and spacious bath. WiFi in rooms. The breakfast buffet included in the price is excellent and the staff are very accommodating. Fresh fruit and juices plus scrambled eggs and waffles were plentiful. Dining area is large and pleasant. Overall, we would definitely stay here again should we go to Orlando again. Nice feature is that the next morning the hotel shuttle took us back to the airport to where we needed to catch the Disney Shuttle bus to Port Canaveral. Made for a nice stress-free start to our cruise .

Stayed at the hotel for one night since I had to be close by the Orlando airport. Definitely a great decision, if you need to spend the night in that area. The whole hotel is remodeled and looks great. A 24 hour complimentary airport shuttle is provided, along with free parking and free breakfast. The front desk staff was friendly and I had a quick check-in. The room was clean and actually larger than I had expected. The standard room has a big bathroom, a kitchenette and a separate living area (not an extra room, but a separated area), I was very happy staying here because the rooms are in great condition and better than expected. If you like a nice room with a view, ask for a room facing the pool area / lake when checking-in. I had a really nice sunset lake view that made my stay! Breakfast buffet was very good also. My stay was without any issues and I highly recommend this hotel.

The first problem we had was getting the shuttle. We called 3 times before finding out that the shuttle was a contract service and the van would not say Springhill Suites. I had asked this on the second call. The lobby is open, airy and inviting. The morning breakfast was more than adequate. The rooms are small but have a microwave and mini fridge. The king size bed meant only one night stand and about 6" from that wall so you had to climb into the bed, which was high. The towels and face clothes were clean but were not plush. It was great to have free internet. We used Cocoa Beach Shuttle to take us to Port Canaveral. Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Very clean and excellent front desk staff. Close to restaurants and breakfast was great!
