We stayed there for one week.
Very clean rooms, nice atmosphere, free parking and only 40 min to Disney World. If we ever go back to Orlando we'll go there again.

My family and I stayed here due to extensive mold damage to our home. When we origonally booked a place to stay this was not the first pick we came to extended stay after trying to stay at the ramada in altamonte springs florida that was completely full of bed bugs and roaches.... Extended stay took us in with open arms and treated us like family! This place is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The kitchen was a perk as well as the friendly staff that would give you their left arm if you asked for it! What can I say AMAZING!!!! Dont pass this place up!

I've stayed here four times for over a week each. I stay in a lot of extended stay properties including many E.S.A.'s, and this one is definitely the best. It's just very pleasant there, clean and nice, with beautiful landscaping (and a fountain in a pond!) to look out at. Everything seems brand new. The kitchen and bathroom are among the best of other E.S.D.'s. It's in a very pleasant, safe and quiet suburban neighborhood. The staff are the nicest nicest people. One thing, Maitland can be a little dull -- but that doesn't have to do with the hotel. The pool is perfect. This place just always puts me in a happy mood, most highly reccommended especially considering the low cost.

Also, the quality of the room decor is hard to beat at anywhere near the price. As a seasoned business traveler, I highly recommend this hotel!!!
