This is one of 3 Extended Stay Hotels within about 1/2 mile from each other. Although this is a bargain hotel .. it is very clean and the staff is friendly and good value for the money. The building next door is a standard Extended Stay for maybe $5-10 less/day although it doesn't have an oven. This hotel (Deluxe) includes either a king sized or queen sized bed, an oven, microwave, 3/4 sized refrigerator, a desk, couch (queen sized sleeper sofa) and a 29" color TV which offers about 15 Dish satellite stations (SD only) including three Showtime channels. WiFi is slow (0.4Mbps) and is $4.99/month for the "lite" connection package although higher speed packages are available for a larger fee. There is no wired connection capability (i.e. wireless only). Breakfast is "continental" offering coffee, bagels, apple sauce, yogurt, and individually wrapped breakfast muffins although there is a Publix grocery store within 2 miles for better food choices. There is an exercise room that offers 3 machines ... a bicycle machine, elliptical, and treadmill with a TV in the room. The laundry is next door to the work out room and includes 6 washers and 6 dryers. Both are just down the hall from the lobby. There is plenty of parking and extra room in the back for oversized vehicles (eg. moving vans and boat or motorcycle trailers). The windows can be opened to enjoy the cooler fall weather although the air conditioning works well during the summer time. The Orlando Sentinel is delivered daily and available in the eating area. The pool is always kept clean and there is a gas grill available for guest use. The hotel is located about 1 mile west of I-4 so easy access to Daytona Beach, downtown Orlando, and the amusement parks (~30 minutes). Across the street from Sam Sneads Tavern (although better to drive as it's an 8 lane intersection). Located near a business park so sidewalks available for afternoon walks. Although smoking is only allowed on the top floor, from time to time an occassional smoker will be in a non-smoking room, although there's no issue once inside the room. The air conditioners are wall mounted to the outside so no chance of getting cigarette smoke from another central air conditioning.

Only con for me is there are no dressers or chest of drawers to store clothing.

Pros.
Purchased for 38 a night on hotwire. Great big room with pullout couch. Fridge and Microwave. Comfortable Queen bed. Good location but if i had to choose again i would stay on the next exit north on Altamonte Drive, more to choose form up there and not too far away. Clean Room and friendly desk staff. The pool far exceeded my thinking. Fun private pool area that was clean.

Cons.
The pace only has one bed per room. If you need two beds i suggest looking elsewhere. The pullout couch was ok but no one wants to vacation on one of those. Room service comes with a fee or you can refresh your linens yourself at the desk for free. The breakfast was simple and included Breakfast sandwiches, bagels and coffee. Very simple and not worth it if you have time to get something else. Internet was not free. $ bucks for the stay. Only limited close restaurant options, however Sam Sneads was great!!

It was our second year there and we will be coming back next year. We stay an average of three to four months. The staff is wonderful. The hotel is very clean and kept up nicely.
We can't say enough about how friendly the staff is and how they make you so welcome.

room was really dirty. Everything above 5' was filthy. the shelves in the cupboards were covered in thick grime that looked a little like tomato soup!! top of the fridge was foul. dirty carpets too, i didn't want to take my shoes off
