Nice, spacious rooms, clean, quiet and cozy ! No traffic noise, it is set back from Int'l Drive.
Best for the money in that area.
I have been there 3 or 4 times and I book there every time I am in the Orlando area !
You would need a car, though, because there is not much in walking distance = restaurants, convenience stores, etc.
But, for me that is/was never a problem, I always book a car when in Orlando.
I strongly recommend this hotel !
My service vote is "average" - I have no experience because I never needed anything.
Hot water was never a problem for me ( somebody expressed a complaint ) - just let it run for a minute and it gets hot.

This is a great hotel, the pool is heated and it was fun swimming in the middle of winter. The rooms are nice and spacious with huge windows, and it's on a really large lot so you can't see all the traffic on the street, it just looks like you're in the middle of a golf course or something. There was a computer in the room with internet, and it was free, that was pretty cool. It was really quiet, not too far from the parks, and we had absolutely no issues or complaints for our entire stay. I

I stayed here one night and chose this hotel because it is located beside a timeshare I could not check into until the following day. The best thing I can say is the bed was very comfortable. I was told the Restaurant would be open at 5pm. It never opened so I asked where the closest restaurant I could walk to would be. I walked about a mile and finally came to a great little locally owned ethnic restaurant near the Publix on International Drive. The price through Priceline was very reasonable, but there are no amenities. It was okay for one night, but would be disappointing if I had wanted more than a clean bed.

We had only the one night at this hotel. What surprised us was that for what looks like quite a big hotel, it felt entirely empty all the time. This might be off-putting to some, but it suited us down to the ground. Pool area is spacious and very good. Free towels are provided for the pool.

Biggest thing to note is that breakfast isn't included, but what is there is very good and reasonable value. Service was friendly and helpful. 6 of us spent around $6-8 a head on breakfast, which adds significanly to the cost of staying there, but we felt was good value still.

Location - it is bang on International Drive, the posher end too, but you couldn't really walk to any restaurants or bars - it would be a short drive in Orlando's busy evening traffic (which if you're not used to it can be a little off-putting).

Will definitely consider staying there again if we return to Orlando.
