We were very scared due to all the negative reviews but decided to try it since its the closest one to Downtown Disney...Glad we did. We booked a tower room and it was really nice.
Clean, quick check in/out, friendly staff...Would definitely stay there again.
The only "negative" we found is that contrarily to advertisement, the pool was not heated.

Tip: If you want to see the fireworks from your hotel room , be sure to request Disney view... If you go by the their description of the rooms you'd think they all have it... they don't.

“Conference staff very helpful!”

What set this hotel apart from others was the service from the staff - excellent! Every last person was extremely helpful and responsive to needs that sprung up. Also, I have a serious food allergy and found Lilly, Angela, and Chef Mike to be friendly and accommodating. It put my mind at ease.

“Amazing experience for our big event”

The Wyndham just hosted our company's annual meeting with about 150 attendees. Their staff was awesome to work with. The food was outstanding - plenty was provided, the quality was top notch, and the service personnel were all proactive, friendly and eager to help. Lilly in particular was notable for being easy to work with and the consummate professional.
Thank you to ALL the staff at the Wyndham. A great group of people.

Room Tip: ask for a room with a view of the parks in the tower. a little more and worth it.

“Great hotel, convenient location”

Just spent 2 nights at Wyndham LBV and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Upon check-in, Nydia was friendly and very efficient in welcoming us to the hotel, explaining our conference location, theme park locations, and closest restaurants. Both of our rooms were clean and nicely appointed. We had the tower view of Downtown Disney which was an added bonus. We will stay here again when we return this summer.

Room Tip: Pay the extra few dollars and get the tower view with views of Downtown Disney.
