Our family stayed here last year for 18 nights only just got round to leave a review as i don't normally do this but i have to make an exception here the hotel was lovely really clean and modern. rooms were spacious enough room for the four of us and spotlessly cleaned daily the pool was perfect never to packed and clean. the staff were always polite and helpful but i must mention spencer as he was so helpful and a genuine gentlemen on the front desk great time had by all of us.

Very nice hotel, with good ammenities. I stayed for business, but was scouting it out for future family trips. Resaurant was good for breakfast, and the bar was nice too. I like the grab and go section for a quick snack also. Pool was very nice, and the weight room was adequate for a quick workout. It could be bigger, but as long as you get a machine it works. I've seen better and worst. The room was nice size and very clean. You can tell that this hotel had been recently updated.

I did have issues with a parking fee of $10. I usually stay at Disney Hotels and they never charge for parking. Even as a priority member I couldn't get out of this one.

The location was great. Just a short walk to Downtown disney.

Our first time at WDW staying in a non-Disney hotel. Room was very average with an exceptionally narrow shower, but we were pleased to see it was a shower and not a tub/shower.
The transportation was very much like the buses for the Disney Hotels and took us where we needed to be.
I was surprised to have to pay for parking, but we would have had to pay at Disney parks anyway.

This hotel has it all. Lovely rooms, great staff, perfectly heated pool. The breakfast buffet is wonderful with omelettes and eggs cooked to order. It is centrally located and there are disney buses available. We come once a year for business sometimes twice a year. This is our fourth time here and we could not be happier. I am a Holiday Inn platinum member. I stay in many many properties each year and this ranks at the top of my favorites.
